I would like to begin the hair loss protocol with my son. I have read your instructions and want to clarify how many drops of Arnica Q are inserted in the water bottle. Some posts indicate 10 some 25 and others 50. I understand things have changed over time. What is the most recent recommendation of drops of Arnica Q in the water bottle?

Before 2 yrs.
Recently I am suffering from leucoderma.the White spot
accred on my right leg and one on stomach.
I’m also taking tablet rosuvastatin and asprin10/75.and tab for BP .
I shall copy below my default therapy aka “Joepathy” which many Diabetics are using today to control their BS levels.
The remedy I have prescribed is Arnica 6c in the Wet dose which is taken thrice daily for a week reduced to twice daily thereafter..
Mag Phos 6x dose 2 tablets taken thrice daily have also helped to reduce BS levels and you can add this to your daily dosage.
Please note that you will most likely notice a dip in your BS level within 24 hours of starting my therapy and you will then have to reduce your dosage of either Metformin or of Insulin as it must be maintained around 110.
Type I patients have confirmed that they discovered their BS levels were reduced by about 20% within a day of their starting on this therapy.
Type II patients will have to monitor their BS levels on a daily basis to ensure that their BS is stabilized at around 110 and they will reduce the dosage of the drugs that they are using daily to maintain this level. The Arnica 6c and the Mag Phos 6x are taken as prescribed.

Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 5 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
Exercise is essential to help the Diabetic and unfortunately many are not in the habit of a daily routine of exercise which in many cases is the reason for the increase in Blood Sugar levels. You are advised to start with a brisk walk and you must ensure that you sweat it out to derive any benefit from the exercise.
Cinnamon powder is also useful to reduce BS levels and a quarter teaspoonful can be taken brewed as a tea twice daily. Okra or Bandakka which grows in the tropics also helps to reduce BS levels. Okra is used by cutting up a tender pod and inserting it into a glass of water which is left overnight and the water is drunk on an empty stomach the morning after.
Turmeric has also been discovered to help reduce BS levels and can be used in a similar manner to the Cinnamon when you will use just a pinch of Cinnamonium Zeylanica.

I have been following your Joepathy off and on for a while. Finally decided to write to you as my wife’s situation is getting worse. Sorry for the long email but here are the details:
1. Female 48 years old, slim and slender, 54kg weight, 5’2” height
2. Born in India but living in North America for past 20 years
3. Cold climate of up to -35 degrees C and warm summer of up to 35 degrees C
4. Raynaud’s disease diagnosed in 2019 and primarily affects left hand fingers in the winter. Blood circulation stops and skin turns white, painful and takes about 10 minutes to get back to normal once inside the building in heated environment. No medicines prescribed as the doctor said that there’s no cure and just stay warm and avoid exposure to cold climate.
5. Morton’s neuroma diagnosed in 2023 in both feet but worse in left foot. Doctor suggested to wear orthotics and gave cortisone injections in both feet. Suggested surgery in both feet if the problem aggravates as permanent solution for neuroma.
6. Within about 2-3 weeks of cortisone injections, she started noticing swelling and pain in left hand finger, the swelling and pain travelled to other fingers and then wrist, shoulder, knee. Currently, right shoulder, right fingers, left hand, and left knee are swollen and painful.
7. Rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis confirmed by doctors in September based on RA Factor and anti-CCP tests. X-ray of left side hand and wrist, and both knees were normal with no deformities.

A family I’m very close to the son is 29 and has been on a cocktail of mental meds since he was 16. He has gotten off of all except Prozac. He was slowly reducing the Prozac and decided to go cold turkey. He has lost control and is threatening to call the police on his parent today. It has gotten insane!! Hi I have a 13 month old who does have some symptoms of reflux she had bad reflux when she was a baby where she would have hiccups often& spit ups it has significant improved however she still has hiccups and sometimes spit ups. She does not take in a whole lot of milk which ads in her being underweight. She is on pediasure to help with weight gain but I am having a hard time with getting her to drink and help her with the gas/reflux symptoms.

I shall copy my default therapy for Baby GERD which I have prescribed for hundreds of babies and which I hope will help your baby too.
The remedy is Nat Phos 6x which is a Biochemic Cell Salt and is NOT a drug. It is absolutely safe in use and you may like to look it up on Google.
You will give baby half a tablet dissolved in milk a few minutes before every feed and the balance half immediately after a feed but you will not exceed a total of 6 tablets (12 halves) in 24 hours.
You may like to try to reduce the quantity of milk you give for each feed to enable baby’s digestion to stabilize. You will however feed more often. It is essential that you burp baby immediately after every feed.
Babies do not always do a poo daily. Some babies can go up to 5 days to do so. A gentle massage of her abdomen after every feed in a clockwise direction usually stimulates evacuation.
You will avoid eating all food that can cause any distress to baby. You must know that they are passed on to baby through your breast milk.
It is best not to vaccinate Baby till s/he is over 2 years old as the after effects in some cases can add to the problems with GERD.
Do not give the MMR Vaccine in One shot as there is plenty of evidence on the Web of severe side effects which can result. You are advised to give it in 3 separate shots if you must do so, after baby is 2 years old.
Do not give Baby any solid food till s/he is over 8 months of age.
You (the mother) will take Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets after each of 3 meals daily. The idea is that your milk will pass the effect to baby. You may like to know that Nat Phos 6x will help to reduce your weight by 1kg per week very safely.
If you discover that baby does not respond to the Nat Phos 6x alone and this has occurred in a few cases, you will contact me again and I shall then prescribe another remedy to reinforce the action of Nat Phos 6x.

I had taken Conium 6 and Arnica 6 for sufficiently long time and for all these years I had no problem in passing urine. Size of the prostate gland also did not increase. Even PSA test is below 1 always. Now urine flow was slow about a year back and I consulted a urologist at my town Ludhiana and test for flow of urine was done and it was confirmed. He advised Urimax .4 capsule and I am on this medicine. As I am nearing 80 years of age even my children want me to take alopathy medicine but I still do’nt agree with them. I am taking Arnica 30 in wet doze daily before going to bed and also giving to my wife. If there is some additional medicine for prostate please let me I will be pleased to start that. I may mention here that I am taking Methotraxeate 15 mg weekly for psoriasis. I also have cataract of both eyes and doctor advised operation. But I dont have any vision problem and I am typing on laptop without glasses. Presently I am visiting USA where my son lives in Delaware. Shall be beck in India by third week of next month.

I had an episode of fever for 1 week. It started with shivering in the evening. Before that I used to sneeze 2 or 3 times once in a day for about 2 weeks. It remained normal in the morning, fever starts increasing in the afternoon, and at midnight, the bodyfeels like on fire. I had occasional sneezing like mentioned before 2 times during the course of fever. The fever has gone completely.
I also have extreme pain at the base of head which is from the past two years, which comes sometimes when I turn my head sideways. The pain feels like starting from the base of head and piercing through the forehead and behind the eyes. The pain started because I used to lie down pressing my stomach due to stomach pain with the head bent sideways. The pain started gradually over years due to this wrong positioning of head.

Rohan spent some time with me and Hermie with his family on FaceTime from Nottingham, and Srihan from Columbus OH. Johan who now is in charge of Titus Stores, visits me daily.

Hi I have a 13 month old who does have some symptoms of reflux she had bad reflux when she was a baby where she would have hiccups often& spit ups it has significant improved however she still has hiccups and sometimes spit ups. She does not take in a whole lot of milk which ads in her being underweight. She is on pediasure to help with weight gain but I am having a hard time with getting her to drink and help her with the gas/reflux symptoms.
Hi I have a 13 month old who has some symptoms of Reflux she was diagnosed with GERD around like 2 months it was pretty bad when she was a bad where she would arch her back and have milk come back up after other feeding or so. It had significant improved but she still experience symptoms like bloating, hiccups and some times she spits up. She is underweight which I think ads in the reflux and her volume intake & solid intake. What should I do to help her and get her going in the right track and gaining weight
I shall copy my default therapy for Baby GERD which I have prescribed for hundreds of babies and which I hope will help your baby too.
The remedy is Nat Phos 6x which is a Biochemic Cell Salt and is NOT a drug. It is absolutely safe in use and you may like to look it up on Google.
You will give baby half a tablet dissolved in milk a few minutes before every feed and the balance half immediately after a feed but you will not exceed a total of 6 tablets (12 halves) in 24 hours.
You may like to try to reduce the quantity of milk you give for each feed to enable baby’s digestion to stabilize. You will however feed more often. It is essential that you burp baby immediately after every feed.
Babies do not always do a poo daily. Some babies can go up to 5 days to do so. A gentle massage of her abdomen after every feed in a clockwise direction usually stimulates evacuation.
You will avoid eating all food that can cause any distress to baby. You must know that they are passed on to baby through your breast milk.
It is best not to vaccinate Baby till s/he is over 2 years old as the after effects in some cases can add to the problems with GERD.
Do not give the MMR Vaccine in One shot as there is plenty of evidence on the Web of severe side effects which can result. You are advised to give it in 3 separate shots if you must do so, after baby is 2 years old.
Do not give Baby any solid food till s/he is over 8 months of age.
You (the mother) will take Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets after each of 3 meals daily. The idea is that your milk will pass the effect to baby. You may like to know that Nat Phos 6x will help to reduce your weight by 1kg per week very safely.
If you discover that baby does not respond to the Nat Phos 6x alone and this has occurred in a few cases, you will contact me again and I shall then prescribe another remedy to reinforce the action of Nat Phos 6x.
You will stop all other drugs you may be giving baby when you start on my therapy.

I had taken Conium 6 and Arnica 6 for sufficiently long time and for all these years I had no problem in passing urine. Size of the prostate gland also did not increase. Even PSA test is below 1 always. Now urine flow was slow about a year back and I consulted a urologist at my town Ludhiana and test for flow of urine was done and it was confirmed. He advised Urimax .4 capsule and I am on this medicine. As I am nearing 80 years of age even my children want me to take alopathy medicine but I still do’nt agree with them. I am taking Arnica 30 in wet doze daily before going to bed and also giving to my wife. If there is some additional medicine for prostate please let me I will be pleased to start that. I may mention here that I am taking Methotraxeate 15 mg weekly for psoriasis. I also have cataract of both eyes and doctor advised operation. But I dont have any vision problem and I am typing on laptop without glasses. Presently I am visiting USA where my son lives in Delaware. Shall be beck in India by third week of next month.

I had an episode of fever for 1 week. It started with shivering in the evening. Before that I used to sneeze 2 or 3 times once in a day for about 2 weeks. It remained normal in the morning, fever starts increasing in the afternoon, and at midnight, the bodyfeels like on fire. I had occasional sneezing like mentioned before 2 times during the course of fever. The fever has gone completely.
I also have extreme pain at the base of head which is from the past two years, which comes sometimes when I turn my head sideways. The pain feels like starting from the base of head and piercing through the forehead and behind the eyes. The pain started because I used to lie down pressing my stomach due to stomach pain with the head bent sideways. The pain started gradually over years due to this wrong positioning of head.
