Consider other methods to eradicate dengue

Despite all the remedial or preventive measures, the dengue and viral flu epidemics have reached their worst-ever proportions this year with some 115 deaths and more than 14,000 people being affected by dengue. It is clear that western medicine or allopathy has had little effect in curbing the epidemic and the government needs to act urgently in uitilisng remedial measures available in other forms of medicine. Health action groups have for several years been urging the government to work out a National Health Policy where all forms of medicine – ayurveda, alopathy, homoeopathy and acupuncture among others are outlined and the different forms of medicine are used to treat different ailments. While the government works out a National Health Policy as a long-term measure a Sunday newspaper reported that the Sri Lanka representative of Homoeopaths Without Borders says homoeopathy has a safe and effective remedy for dengue and the viral flu.All patients may not be cured as fast and effectively as some have been, but it is known that homoeopathy has no side effects and there is nothing to lose but everything to gain in giving patients this remedy.

According to representative Joe de Livera, who has studied and has been closely associated with this science for the past 40 years and been a consultant on many homoeopathic forums including his own www.joedelivera.com,  this remedy was used at the request of the Colombo Municipal authorities last year by a homoeopath Dr Imthias Latif. He treated patients at municipal centres in Kompanna Veediya, Kuppiyawatta, Mattakkuliya and at the epidemiology centre of the Colombo Municipality. Thousands of patients were treated by this homoeopath and the majority confirmed they were cured overnight.  A meeting was held at the World Health Organisation (WHO) office in Colombo in August last year. It was attended by the WHO chief here, Dr Harsha de Silva the Health Ministry’s Director of Health in charge of the Western Province and several doctors. The discussion centred on promoting the use of homoeopathic remedies, but unfortunately follow up action was not taken.

Last Friday the Health Ministry discussed this possibility and we hope that action will be taken at least now.

Homoeopathy has a specific remedy which has been prescribed and used for more than two centuries but the remedies are highly diluted to infinitesimal levels and do not qualify for logical acceptance of their efficacy, although they have been proved to work to cure many diseases like asthma, eczema, gastritis and fever, to mention just four common diseases that affect people.

The homoeopathy remedy used is Eupatorium Perfoliatum 200c which is often used to treat a disease of viral origin.

The liquid dose method is used in giving remedies where three drops of the remedy are mixed in alcohol into a 500 mililitre bottle of spring water. After just one teaspoon of the remedy many patients are likely to recover.

We hope this cure will be considered seriously by the Health Ministry and western medical professionals for the common good of the people and the country as it is likely to help in eradicating dengue before it reaches endemic proportions.

This is a first person story of how I treated 2 patients who presented an unknown malaise which hit them suddenly within a matter of a few hours which I presumed was caused by a Flu Virus of unknown origin. It is likely that this virus may have been the Dengue Virus as we have been in the throes of a mosquito borne epidemic of Dengue during the course of the past year in Sri Lanka. Statistics from the General Hospital show that over 2000 patients have died due to this Dengue Flu after it was identified as Dengue and they reported 20 fatalities last month, July 2011.

My first patient was a 45 year old man who is the Chef in my residence and has been with me for the last 7 years. He complained of an unusually strong headache 2 days ago and he informed me that he had taken 2 tablets of Panadol 3 times during the day which did not provide him any relief whatever. It is rarely that he takes any rest for a headache as he is a strapping 6 footer but around 6.30PM I saw him in his room all covered up and shivering with a slight temperature. He complained of excruciating body pain and informed me that he had never encountered such intense pain ever since his bout with Chikungunya 3 years ago which I cured within 24 hours with my default remedy Polyporous Pinicola 200 in the Wet dose which I have referred to in another article.

I have over 500 remedies in my stock of Homeopathic Remedies and gave him Eupatorium Perfoliatum 200c in the Wet dose at 6.30PM. I was very surprised to find him back in his kitchen having a hearty meal precisely 3 hours after, at 9.30PM. He was all smiles and confirmed that his acute headache seemed to leave him in under half hour after his first dose,  which is a teaspoonful,  and he had fallen into a deep sleep from which he woke up shortly before I saw him at 9.30PM. He reported a dull headache yesterday and he is perfectly well today without any body pain or headache.

I was so thrilled with his almost miraculous recovery that I took a bottle of water which I had activated with Eupatorium Perf 200c to office yesterday to distribute to any member of my staff who had any similar problem. One of the members of my organization received a phone call informing him that his 18 year old son, a strapping lad 6ft and a Rugger player for his school,  had contracted the Flu virus that his sister 16 years, had suffered from for the last week. His recovery was almost identical to my Chef’s with acute headache, excruciating body pains and a slight temperature. The same remedy was given by the father to his son and the recovery was again almost identical to the last case,  as the boy had a good dinner under 3 hours after his first dose.

I have been discussing my therapy today with other Homeopaths in Colombo and they confirmed that they too have used Eupatorium P. in other potencies 6c, 30c, and 200c but that they had never observed a response comparable to mine,  within 3 hours when the patient who was virtually groaning in pain suddenly woke up, fully recovered. They all thought that this almost instant recovery was due to my use of the Wet dose which is made by inserting just 3 drops of the remedy into a 500ml bottle of Spring water which is shaken hard or “succussed” before every dose to increase the potency of the remedy by a minute level as this seems to help the patient to recover more quickly.

Known as “Bone-set”, from the prompt manner in which it relieves pain in limbs and muscles that accompanies some forms of febrile disease, like malaria and influenza. Eupatorium acts principally upon the gastro-hepatic organs and bronchial mucous membrane. It is a boon in miasmatic districts, along rivers, marshes, etc, and in all conditions where there is a great deal of bone-pain. Cachexia from old chronic, bilious intermittents. Worn-out constitutions from inebriety. Sluggishness of all organs and functions. Bone-pains, general and severe. Soreness.

The story about vitamin B17 appears in the worldwithoutcancer.org.uk website. Many names of doctors from various countries are given recommending the use of vitamin B17 to fight cancer and its outstanding success. Unfortunately, there is no information whether the efficacy has been proved by double blinded studies. The ENT surgeon’s story is remarkable. Her one kidney with the ureter and a little part of the bladder were removed and given radiotherapy seven years ago. She remained well for seven years and then in November 2009 there was a recurrence and a growth was removed close to the bladder. After eating manioc for one month she felt better and cystoscopy hadn’t revealed any pathology. She attributes this cure to vitamin B17 in manioc. The ENT surgeon remained well for seven years after the first treatment (surgery and radiotherapy). Recurrence was detected in November 2009 and a growth was removed surgically. I am of opinion that it is too early to get a recurrence within four months after the second operation, as the first recurrence was after seven years, and attributing the remission to taking manioc for one month is premature. I personally hope and pray that the learned surgeon will not get a recurrence even after several years. This anti-tumour agent in manioc and other seeds — Vitamin B17, is commonly known as Amygdalin or Laetrile. According to Dr. Ernest T. Krebs, Jr. its components make it vital for our survival without cancer. The greatest concentration is found in the seeds of the rosaceous fruits, such as the apricot pits and other bitter nuts. Various documents from the oldest civilisations such as Egypt at the time of the Pharaohs and from China 2,500 years before Christ mention the therapeutic use of derivatives of bitter almonds. Egyptian papyri from 5,000 years ago mention the use of “aqua amigdalorum” for the treatment of some tumours of the skin. But the systematised study of Vitamin B-17 really did not begin until the first half of the past century, when the chemist Bohn discovered in 1802 that during the distillation of the water from bitter almonds hydrocyanic acid was released. Soon many researchers became interested in analysing this extract and so Robiquet and Boutron isolated, for the first time, a white crystalline substance which they called AMYGDALIN. This is what the FDA has to say: “In the US the Food and Drug Administration has used regulation, not law, to keep doctors in some states from using Laetrile therapy. There is no federal law against Laetrile, nor does Laetrile appear on an official list of proscribed items. The Food and Drug Administration has also used regulation, not law, to ban the interstate shipment and sale of Laetrile by alleging that it is either an ‘unlicensed new drug’ or an ‘unsafe or adulterated food or food additive.’ It is neither. Amygdalin is an extract of apricot kernels, which makes it a food supplement and nothing more. Vitamin B-17 was the subject of great controversy 18 years ago when some of the world’s top scientists claimed that when consumed, its components make it 100% impossible to develop cancer and will kill existing cancer. “Pharmaceutical companies pounced on this claim immediately and demanded that FDA studies be conducted. Pharmaceutical companies conduct studies on patented chemicals they invent so that at the end of their study, if the drug gets approved, they have exclusive rights to its sale. They never conduct studies on foods that cannot be patented and that can be sold at any supermarket (e.g. vitamins).” Foods that contain Vitamin B17 are: KERNELS OR SEEDS OF FRUIT: The highest concentration of vitamin B-17 can be found in nature, aside from bitter almonds — apple, apricot, cherry, nectarine, peach, pear, plum, prune. BEANS: broad (Vicia faba), burma, chickpeas, lentils (sprouted), lima, mung (sprouted), Rangoon, scarlet runner. NUTS: Bitter almond, macadamia, cashew. BERRIES: Almost all wild berries. Blackberry, chokeberry, Christmas berry, cranberry, elderberry, raspberry, strawberry. SEEDS: Chia, flax, sesame. GRASSES: Acacia, alfalfa (sprouted), aquatic, Johnson, milkweed, Sudan, minus, wheat grass, white dover. My story starts with a cancer I developed seven years ago. A cystoscopy revealed transitional cell cancer. The kidney, ureter and a little part of the bladder where the ureter enters the bladder were surgically removed. I was given radiation treatment, and I remained in good health over the next seven years (I was examined once a year). My bladder was cancer-free until November 2009. That month I started passing blood. Another cystoscopy was done, and a polypoidal growth close to the bladder neck was removed. The biopsy this time again revealed transitional cell cancer. I had read on ‘world without cancer.org’ that manioc – also known as cassava or tapioca – has a high B17 component. For a whole month following the removal of the polypoidal growth in the bladder, I ate manioc daily, usually twice a day. A cystoscopy done a month later showed that the bladder was completely symptom-free. I felt very well. Was my wellbeing the result of the cancer-fighting properties of manioc’s Vitamin B17? It would be wonderful, I thought, if a test group of cancer patients used manioc in order to confirm that manioc really does have the ability to fight cancer, as it seemed to have done in my case. Here is what happens when a cancer patient eats manioc: Once the manioc is consumed, the manioc’s Vitamin B17 combines in the normal human cell with an enzyme called Rhodanese, which breaks down the B17 into three sugars. The cancer cell, which is an immature cell, has a different enzyme, beta-glucosidase, which breaks the B17 into glucose, benzaldehyde and hydrocyanic acid. The hydrocyanic acid acts like an LTTE cyanide capsule, killing the cancer cell. I appeal to all cancer patients to try the manioc solution. If it works, it could be a great discovery for cancer patients around the world, especially those living in the tropics of Asia, Africa and the Americas, where manioc / cassava / tapioca grows and is freely available. Please note that there are precautions to be taken in the preparation of manioc. 1. Never, repeat never, eat ginger with manioc, or even after consuming manioc. If you have been eating manioc, do not take any form of ginger or ginger products, such as ginger beer and ginger-nut biscuits. The serious risks of mixing ginger with manioc are well known in Sri Lanka. 2. When preparing manioc for eating, check whether the tuber shows a blue line when peeled for cooking. If there is a blue line, the manioc must be rejected. Manioc has cyanide in it and the blue line is an indication of cyanide emergence. 3. Cook manioc in an earthenware pot. Fill the pot with water to completely cover the manioc, and well above the level of the manioc. When boiling, keep the pot open. Do not close the pot with a lid. I am copying an article that appeared in the Sunday Observer, Sri Lanka yesterday July 24 2011,  where my cousin Dr Cynthia Jayasuriya an ENT Surgeon, recounts in detail her encounter with Cancer of the Ureter in 2002 when she was treated by surgery in Colombo when her Left Ureter, her Kidney and a part of her Bladder were removed. A secondary Cancer of the Bladder was identified in 2009 which was again removed surgically.

It was then that Cynthia started to eat Manioc aka Cassava (Manihot esculenta ) which grows freely in the tropics throughout the world where it is often the staple diet in the remote villages.  I have kept constantly in contact with her throughout all these years and she can now be considered as CURED of her Cancer as she has been free of Cancer after her many examinations which were done every 3 months in the Government General Hospital Colombo by her surgeon.

It is my hope that this first hand account of a CURE of Cancer by a qualified ENT Surgeon is of monumental importance in the fight against Cancer and will reach the headlines of the World Media and will be read by all who suffer from Cancer and are being treated by Chemotherapy and Drugs which they can replace with Manioc or Cassava.

MY WONDER DRUG FOR CANCER

Please let me share my happy experience with you. I wrote about it in February 2010 but now with added knowledge I write with many other peoples’ experience.

My experience

I developed secondary bladder cancer after seven years following cancer in the ureter. My kidney, ureter and part of the bladder was removed. I had radiation to the abdomen there after. It was transitional cell carcinoma of the ureter. I was hale and hearty for seven years and during this period I had yearly examinations of the bladder by the fantastic surgeon who did the surgery at General Hhospital Colombo.

In the seventh year I experienced blood in the urine as I had developed a growth in the bladder. It was once again transitional cell carcinoma (Cancer). The new growth was removed but what if it recurred? While I was convalescing I came to know of a treatment by eating Apricot seed kernel that was being used in Australia and USA without any chemotherapy. The information on this is found in the web site www.worldwithoutcancer.org.

In a nutshell, how it acts on the cancer is thus. The apricot seed kernel has a substance called Vitamin B17, which was discovered by a British doctor who worked in a remote region in Afghanistan as a missionary. He found the people of the area measured their riches according to the number of Apricot trees they owned. They ate not only the apricots but also the apricot seed kernels. The apricot seed kernel looks like an almond in shape, size and smell. This is also known as the “bitter almond.” The doctor discovered that people of the region did not suffer from cancer. After investigating the doctor found that the seed kernel contained a substance, which has been given the name Vitamin B17.

As I was having cancer I was curious about any food, which had B17 in our regular food. I found by browsing on the internet that manioc also had a large concentration of Vitamin B17. So I also ate the manioc minimum of 10 grams three times a day. Having consumed it for 1 month I underwent examination of my bladder (cystoscopy) at the General Hospital by the same surgeon. He was surprised that my bladder was absolutely clean and normal. “Tthere was no place to take any biopsy” was his very words to me.

While I was taking the manioc I was feeling very fit and well and people around me notice that I looked well.

Armed with the examination results of the bladder examination I published my story for well-being of all cancer patients in Sri Lanka.

Since then every three months I have gone for examination of the bladder under the same surgeon and every time my bladder was clear. Uptil now I have not taken any treatment other than eating the manioc.

In a more simplistic way I would like to explain how the Vitamin B17 in the manioc acts. The scientific name of vitamin B17 is Amagadolin. We know that cancer cells are immature cells and it has a different enzyme to the normal cell enzyme.

When the Vitamin B17 combines with a normal cell enzyme it breaks down into 3 sugars but when it combines with the cancer cell enzyme it breaks into 1 sugar 1 benzaldehyde and 1 hydrocyanic acid. The hydrocyanic acid kills the cancer cell locally.

What happens is that there is a substance called B17 in the apricot seed kernel (and in manioc), which when combined with a normal cell enzyme breaks down into three sugars.

When B17 combines with a cancer cell (an immature cell) it breaks down into one sugar, one benzaldehyde and one hydrocyanic acid. The hydrocyanic acid kills the cancer cell.

Others’ experiences

I have been receiving frequent information from people with cancer who have read my first article about their experiences with the usage of manioc. I would like to share this information with you readers.

Mr. Perera is an 70-year-old gent who was diagnosed with prostate cancer. His wife is a retired Matron of the General Hospital. Mrs Perera read my article and had decided to try the manioc treatment because of the following reasons. The oncologist he was consulting had prescribed a tablet costing Rs. 2000/ daily and an injection that cost him Rs. 11000, which he had to have weekly.

As retired pensioners this was too much to afford. Also Mr. Perera who took the tablets and the injections for a few days refused to take it as it was making him very sick. Hearing of his illness his daughter came from USA to look after him and the daughter and his wife decided to feed him manioc instead of the tablets and injections that were prescribed. When he went on the manioc diet in a week he showed signs of wellness and after eating every morning a large breakfast of manioc for a month they took a test that he was to take after taking the tablets and injections and went to see the oncologist. He took with him the results of the PSA blood test.

Ever since he was diagnosed with the cancer the PSA test results were 280-290 but after 1 month of eating manioc it was now down to PSA 5.89! Then they came to see me too and showed me the PSA results of before and after. This gentleman (Mr. Perera) is not showing any cancer symptoms and they call me regularly to say that he is now hale and hearty.

Another gentleman who had a liver cancer had surgery in Sri Lanka but a little spot of cancer was left behind according to the subsequent MRI scan.

He then was told to go and have a detailed MRI scan done in India at a very high cost.

He started to take manioc soon after liver cancer surgery. When he did go for the detailed MRI scan in India his Oncologist in India, after examination, informed him that he did not need to undergo any surgery or treatment because the spot had not enlarged for a whole year.

He was asked to continue as before. He came and met me and he looks a picture of health now.

I am very interested and encouraged by the feedback I am getting all the time from people who call me to tell their story. Especially as the exorbitant prices of the anti cancer drugs don’t also offer a cure. My cousin who grew up next door had cancer before I knew about the manioc. She spent Rs. 40-50,000 for each injection, suffered phenomenally and died a miserable death. (Those of you who watch HBO on the Dialog TV may have seen a film titled “Death Be Not Proud” which depicts the sufferings of a cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy. That patient died). So I thought I must promote these experiences, give them publicity.

No fancy drug companies have done super duper tests on Vitamin B17 on manioc, why not try it? It is cheap, easy to obtain, easy to cook and very tasty and you will be well and not have side effects. So for what more can you ask? As we all know manioc can kill if the preparation is not done correctly. Please take the following precautions in preparation.

A. When choosing a yam to be cooked make sure the yam does not have any blemishes or discoloured areas. And try to buy freshly harvested manioc

B. When boiling keep the pot open throughout the cooking. This helps the excess hydrocyanicacid to evaporate.

C. Keep excess water for the boil and pour it out after boiling the yam.

D. Do not consume ginger or food containing ginger such as ginger biscuits, ginger beer, gingerale for at least 8 hours after consuming manioc.

This is an interesting case where I was able to help the patient within 24 hours of the husband indicating the name of the disease that she was suffering from. I had prescribed my default remedy Arnica on the basis of his first report of her ailment but it was only after I was informed that it had been diagnosed as Urticaria that I prescribed the only remedy that will cure it, Urtica Urens 6c in the Wet dose which CURED her within 24 hours as predicted by me.

My wife aged 60 years is suffering from skin rashes for the past one month. She has been taking allopathic,homeopathy and siddha medicines but she is unable to get cured for this illness.
Description of the skin rash:
it is reddish in colour spread all over the body, just like a map drawing. When she takes the allopathic medicine, there is disappearance for about 3 or 4 hours and again reappears. There is severe it ching and the spot where the itching is there, she feels very hot on the spots.
When she takes Avil, it goes and come out again.
The following medicines in Allopathy has been tried, but in vain:
NIZONIDE Tablets 500mg, EBAST 20 mg(Ebastine Tablets) ATARAX(HYDRUXYZINE Hydrocholorde ). Hope all these are antiallegy medicines but she does not get cured with these tablets.
She has visited homeopathy clinics and she is given Sulphur, Rhustox,Lechis,Graphite,Nux Vom and Cantharis,Apis also.

first she had severe itching and swelling in both the hands(palm) and after taking the allopahthy medicines that complaint has gone and again the rash appeared all over the body.
She has applied neem, sandle,all over the body. It is requested that homeopathy experts will help us

I note that your wife has been treated with many drugs and Homeopathic remedies but she has not used Arnica 6c in the Wet dose taken thrice daily and also applied directly on the lesions as often as possible.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.

It is understood that you will stop all other drugs when using Arnica as prescribed.

You can advise her to apply the Arnica water directly on her lesions as often as is possible to enhance the effect of the Arnica she uses orally.

Regarding the dose, can I give my wife 6drops of Arnica 6c in Mineral water, one table spoon three times a day.
or
should I use Spring water 500 ml. I am again doubtful about this spring water availability in Chennai.
I will check up in Medical shop.
If I get I will do as directed in your note.(i.e) 3 drops of Arnica 6c after pouring out 3cm of water from the bottle and shaking well before taking the same in a large teaspoonful.

Please follow the therapy I have prescribed to make the Wet dose precisely as your interpretation of it can lead to some overdosing if you use “6drops of Arnica 6c in Mineral water, one table spoon three times a day.”

Remember that 3 drops are inserted into a 500ml bottle of water and not per table spoon.

If you cannot get Spring water you can use tap water boiled to release the chlorine and preferably filtered.

I am informed that Bisleri water qualifies as Spring Water.

I shall repeat my instructions to make the Wet dose below:

Now she has started taking the same.
She is also applying the same on the leision (now appearing on the upperlips). She has decided to go in for this treatment.

now the rashes have started appearing on the chest and hand of my wife and she has itching. She is applying the wet dose on the leison. She is managing for time being. If it spreads all over the body as happened earlier then it will be a problem again.
She stopped the steriod tablet two days back and now she is trying the wet dose.(Arnica 6 C)
The rashes are not in one place and keeps on spreading now.
She will be able to manage if she does not have the rashes.she is upset and worried that she will get back the rashes again. This wet dose in the proper form is being administered from yesterday only and as of now she has taken 3 doses i.e yesterday night, today morning and afternoon.she has a feeling that steriod is only helping her to get rid of this problem. But taking steriod is not good.
Her lab results are as follows and every thing is normal.

Glucose fasting 99 mg/dl
urea 21
cholestrol 136
calcium 8.9
phosphorous 3.7
haemogobin 10.2 G/dl
Thyroid st hormone 1.9

All the tests such as Anti Nuclear Antibody, Anti Ds DNA,Antiphosplipd etc showed negative

She has been taken to Dr.Patrick, Rtd. professor of Dermotology and he advised to continue Antihistamine medicines for some more time.

But we wanted to go in for this homeomedicine and seek your advice

After having taken only 3 doses of the Arnica you cannot possibly expect her rash to disappear as if by magic.

She will have to take the Arnica for at least a week and we can then consider if my therapy is helping her.

Suggest that you verify whether there is any trigger that set her rash off a month ago. It can be some food or other causative agent which you and your wife will have to identify.

Treating the rash with antihistamines is not the answer.

Increase her dosage of Arnica 6 to 4 times daily.

I wish to inform you that it is a case of chronic urticaria and now my wife is undergoing treatment with a Homeo Dr. who is a retired Medical Officer by name Dr.Lakshmi. She is now responding to her treatment and feels better. She is given Apis mel,secal,ars album, teribinth, ferr phos, nat mur etc. Earlier she was allowed to take antihitamines along with the above treatment.Now she has stopped these also. she stopped the steriod tablets also and now she is on homeo medicines only. her rashes have gone and itching also is reduced to a great extent. When ever she gets light itching at one or two places, she is advised to apply ice pack and it relieves her itching immediately. now the intensity of itching has gone.
hope she will be cured completely shortly.
As we are in Madras, we could find an expert in homeopthy and our approach works well.

If you had got her diagnosed and informed me that her problem was Urticaria, I would have prescribed Urtica Urens 6c in the Wet dose.

This would have stopped her itching within 24 hours.

Even today since she still has itching you can give her a teaspoonful.

The standard remedy for Urticaria (diagnosed) is Urtica Urens 6c in the Wet dose as prescribed by me.

You should not mix remedies as advised by David. If you find that the Phos and Calc Phos she was prescribed by your homeopath is working stay with it. This depends on how long she has taken it and if she feel some relief.

Otherwise use the Urtica Urens as it usually works in under 24 hours. Like magic !

thanks for your guidance. She is now taking urtica urens 6c wet dose only after stopping all other medicines.
yesterday, she took 3 doses and now today also she is continuing.
she had itching on the both of the thys(left and wright)yesterday afternoon. But she controlled her itching by putting ice on the leision and she could get relief.
Usually she gets this itches in the afternoon though she was taking homeo medicines. but she was taking Atorex or Allegra in the night. But she did not take any of these medicine yesterday and she has told me that she will try only your wet dose of Urtica urens 6 c for another one or two days. she has not reported any itching to day upto 2.30PM. Hope she will become free with the medicine.
we believe more in homeopathy as we had lot of experience in these medicines. But this urticaria of her has become a professional challenge now. I am reporting the progress daily for your kind information and further guidance.

Your report that she was OK up to 2.30 can indicate that the remedy I prescribed is helping her already.

You can increase the beneficial effect of the Urtica by applying the remedy water directly on her lesions wherever they may be.

Please ensure that you do not contaminate the water by sticking your fingers directly into the bottle. Pour some remedy water into a convenient receptacle and dip your fingers or a small piece of gauze into it and apply it on her lesions.

Report her progress tomorrow morning.

yes, your medicine has started working now. After 2.30(yesterday) she had little itchings on the belly. she applied the urtica 6c wet dose on the leision and she had a relief. she told me this application later. But any how she has fallen to your advice before your post came in.
AS on to day(11.6.11), she does not have any further itchings and she is continuing your magic medicine(urtica urens 6 C wet dose).
AS per your advice, she is applying the medicine taking care ( to avoid contamination)
Kindly let us know how long she has to continue this wet dose. Hope she will get permanent cure with your medicine.

Glad to note that my Joepathy has worked yet again.

You will observe that you confirmed that she suffered from Urticaria on June 5:

Up to that date I was not able to prescribe the remedy indicated — Urtica Urens and it is the 6c potency in the Wet dose that I prescribed that helped her in a manner that can be classified as a “miracle”.

She can take this remedy for as long as she finds that it is doing her some good and we can review her case later when I shall tell you to stop.

I would like to recommend that you get Arnica 30c in the Alcohol pack which I would like her to use later after we have stopped the Urtica U.

Please note that this should not be given to her right now.

I would commend it to anyone who has been diagnosed with Kidney Stones and would like to reassure a patient who has been diagnosed that surgery is NOT indicated at all.

How Joepathy expelled another Kidney Stone

I am happy to report that I have had the same success with another patient whom I have been treating for the last 3 months who was diagnosed and showed 3 Kidney Stones in his left Kidney. This is the third case that I have treated with this same protocol and I am recording it in the hope that other Homeopaths will remember this therapy which has helped 3 patients all of whom were diagnosed with Kidney Stones which were clearly visible on their X’rays.

The remedy I used was Berberis Vulgaris 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily and this appeared to have dissolved the Calculus which was Calcium Oxalate Crystals in about 3 months as there was only one in a recent Xray which was causing excruciating pain for which his doctor has prescribed 2 tablets Ponstan twice daily which was barely able to control his pain.

I gave him Colocynthis 200c in the dry Lactose Pellets and he took 3 doses each of 6 pellets sublingually in 2 days and reported that he felt excruciating pain in his abdomen which seemed to be moving downwards in the evening of the second day. He had a light dinner and  shortly after brought it all up. He could not sleep but went to the toilet in the early hours of the morning where he had fainted with the pain when he was passing urine which was bloody and he had expelled the stone.

He is now fully recovered and does not experience any pain. I have however given him Ciprofloxacin 500 taken twice daily for 6 days to cover any possible infection in the Ureter and the Urethra which can occur due to the laceration in the passages.

Here is my first post referred to above on the Homeopathy and More Forum. I cannot unfortunately record the link below as this is not permitted by the software used here on this Forum:

“I would like to share with members the therapy I used a few days ago to treat a Kidney Stone which can be useful to members who may be diagnosed with one or who may find that a friend suffers from a Kidney Stone. It is interesting to note that modern medicine does not seem to have any treatment for Kidney Stones other than shattering them with a Lithotrypter or by using drugs to dissolve them which usually does not seem to help the patient quickly. This patient had been under treatment by specialists of the General Hospital in Colombo for some months but with no amelioration of his condition.

He presented with acute pain in his back which had been diagnosed by specialists as Kidney Stones. An Xray did not show any shadows but his Urine report showed that he had Calcium Oxalate Crystals ++.

I gave the patient Berberis Vulgaris 6c in the Wet Dose but this did not help him for a week as this remedy works slowly to dissolve the stones. On the 8th day he reported acute pain radiating down from his right kidney and was unable to stand erect. I diagnosed that a stone had been discharged from his right kidney and that it was blocking his right Ureter. I gave him 6 pellets Colocynthis 200 in the DRY Dose which he took sublingually at around 7.00PM. He reported on the morning after that he had woken up around 2.00AM with excrutiating pain, the likes of which which he had never suffered before in his life. The pain radiated from his back down through his abdomen on the right side and down to the bladder. His urine was bloody shortly after.

He had passed the stone with just one dose of Colocynthis 200 and he is now completely free of all pain and discomfort. A urine test does not show any signs of Calcium Oxalate Crystals.

I am recording this incident in the hope that members will remember that Colocynthis 200 in the DRY dose has an almost miraculous effect in dislodging Kidney Stones. Berberis Vulgaris 6c in the Wet Dose will slowly dissolve the Calculi and it helped this patient to dislodge the stone that was in his right kidney and its passage through the Ureter caused him this unbearable pain which was so bad that he had passed out for a short while.

I have advised him to take a teaspoonful of Berberis V 6c in the Wet Dose daily to ensure that his urine does not cause another Kidney Stone to form and to also drink at least 3 liters of liquids daily.”

Yes, you are so right. I lost about 1 1/2 kg after about 11 days. I followed your instructions and also a sugar free diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. I feel perfectly fine.

I have done this previously but without your medication to reduce my weight and I used to feel tired but didn’t get this kind of result.

It is very rarely that a patient confirms that the Joepathy therapy I prescribed has helped and you are one who has done so. I thank you for your gesture which makes my feel good that I have been able to heal at least one person with my therapy which has been subjected to a lot of criticism on the ABChomeopathy forum from classical homeopaths who have discovered that their classically generated therapy has not worked while my Joepathy has worked sometimes in a miraculous manner as reported by patients who have run the gauntlet of doctors, classical homeopaths and finally ended up with me.

You can take the Nat Phos 6x for as long as you wish to reduce your weight and after a certain point you will discover that it is not helping anymore when it is time to stop.

You can also add Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily for a month and reduce to just one taken before bed for life.

Actually I have been suffering from GERD for almost 20 years now. Its only for the past 14 days that I have been sleeping well, thanks to you.

The daytimes were bad enough with all that burning feeling.

The gastric juices flowing up to my throat at 2 or 3 in the morning like fire had kept me awake for so many nights and for many years. There had been times the juices have gone into my lungs and up into my nasal cavities while asleep. It was a real torture. GERD suffers will know what I mean.

Its more important to me that it cured my GERD and the weight reduction is a bonus. I agree with you. It is a miracle because it is still working after 12 days and without any side effects. At least I can burp without fear now. You have no idea how grateful I am. I hope that by confirming that it works may help many others who may chance to read your post like I did. For those around me, if they wish to try, I would recommend your medication for GERD.

This is also the first time I have tried homoepathy too. There are no homeopathy Docs where I live.

An acquaintance ended up with her doctor removing her gall bladder and now of course she has no GERD but she is having problems digesting her food.

I am delighted to note that the Nat Phos 6x I prescribed to reduce your weight has also helped with your main problem which is GERD aka Gastritis which you state that you have suffered from for almost 20 years. I cannot understand why you did not list this ailment which was obviously chronic after all these years in your first post on this thread.

It is your own good fortune that I prescribed Nat Phos 6x for your weight and as you correctly stated it is indeed the “Ultimate Cure for GERD”. If you read my prescriptions to patients who presented Gastritis or GERD on this Forum and on the ABCHomeopathy forum, you will read of the many hundreds that have been helped by Nat Phos 6x.

It is reports like yours that give me the satisfaction in helping patients with my own version of Homeopathy which the classical homeopaths have labelled as “Joepathy” as my therapy cures while their classical formula very rarely does.

I hope that you have added Arnica 30c in the Wet dose to your therapy as this is an intrinsic part of my therapy for GERD. You must know that you cannot stop taking the Arnica 30c for life taken twice daily but you do not have to take the Nat Phos 6x except when you feel full after a meal when you can take up to 4 tablets to enable your stomach to digest it without causing any reflux.

Thank you for confirming that Nat Phos 6x has relieved your GERD and I would like to have your record of how it reduced your weight in a few weeks.

Asthma is usually a very difficult ailment to treat successfully but I have had some success in doing so, using just 2  remedies that are commonly available in almost all Homeopathic Pharmacies.  It is possible the average homeopath has already used these remedies in their practice with little or no success and if this is the case, I believe that the reason, if they were not successful, is because they used the standard dry pellets.

I have always used and prescribed the Wet dose method of using remedies for all Homeopathic remedies.
I shall copy my standard instructions to make the Wet dose of a remedy below:

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.

It may seem strange to the average reader that just 3 drops of any remedy mixed into a 500 ml bottle of spring water can possibly work but I have over 6 years of background experience in using the Wet dose and can categorically state that the Wet dose is by far more effective in curing the patient of his/her ailment. Various theories have been adduced as the reason for the Wet dose being more effective than the Dry pellets that are usually used and all I can state is that in my experience the Wet dose is by far more effective than the Dry dose to give any remedy over any long period.

The treatment of Asthma as I stated above is very difficult and it requires a lot of courage on the part of the patient and in the case of a child, the parents to stop the use of the standard drugs including the Inhalers, the Nebulizers and the Drugs prescribed by doctors to treat patients. It is likely that doctors are blissfully unaware of the danger that the drugs which are usually steroid based which they prescribe for Asthma, have on the lives of their patients, especially children whose growth is invariably stymied by the steroids and can affect them for life.

They do not know of any alternative drugs and Homeopathic remedies that can be used safely to help their patients and continue to prescribe the standard plethora of dangerous drugs which are standard in helping the Asthmatic patient on the basis that the patient has to breathe to survive. They are not concerned about the side effects their patients suffer which is of great relevance in the case of children as their growth is affected in many ways.

The 2 remedies I prescribe to help Asthmatics are

Blatta Orientalis 6c (BO) or if it does not help within 24 hours,  Nat Sulph 6c (NS) both in the WET DOSE.

The dosage is just a teaspoonful taken twice daily in the Wet dose which is made according to my instructions below. It may seem strange to the patient that a teaspoonful of water which does not have any taste or other characteristic to qualify it as a medicine or drug can possibly help a patient but I have proved beyond any doubt that it really does. Many patients whom I have treated for Asthma have stopped their Inhalers usually Ventolin and Seretide on their own accord usually within 24 hours  when they discover that the remedy that I had given them seemed more effective to control the symptoms of Asthma which they have suffered from for years, sometimes even for a lifetime in the case of senior patients.

I also add Ars Alb 30 in the Wet dose to be taken twice daily for a few weeks with instructions to stop it when the patient discovers that BO alone can control the Asthma. I also give the patient Ars Alb 200 in the dry pellets with instructions to take just 3 pellets sublingually (under the tongue) to be used only on a SOS basis if the patient presents a full blown attack when he has to be immediately taken to hospital to be Nebulized. This can sometimes occur when the patient is exposed to some trigger like dust or smoke or some other cause.

Many patients have reported that they were relieved of their Asthmatic status within a few hours after the first dose of a teaspoonful of Blatta O and they were free of symptoms within 24 hours. The Ars Alb 30c can also be used twice daily for a few days but it is not to be used on a long term basis and should be discontinued usually within about 2 weeks when the symptoms ameliorate.

Some patients present a wet cough which is due to phlegm in their lungs which is coughed up. I have recommended that they use steam which can be from an electric jug or kettle with the lid open or preferably from an electric Steamer of the kind used in Beauty Palours. This permits the steam to be used safely in the case of a child who cannot be permitted to use the steam without supervision.

I have also promoted the use of a mild form of Physiotherapy when the patient, usually a child is placed head down in bed with pillows under the chest which is elevated slightly above the head which is left to dangle over the side. The back of the chest is tapped gently by the open hand of the mother and this usually  promotes the flow of the phlegm in the lungs which are caused by the Asthma. This physiotherapy should be done immediately after about 5 minutes of inhaling steam.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.

I am glad to note that you started using the default remedies that I prescribe for Endometriosis with Chocolate Cysts and PCOS on April 20 and that you have already observed a reduction and improvement in “my lower abdomin seems to come down in size & my currunt menses is much more clearer & no pain no clots, back pain & leg pain is 80% improved”.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to record the improvement you experienced in just 25 days and hope that others like you who are fellow sufferers will also use the same remedies in the manner you have done, which have proved time and time again that they are the Ultimate Solution to your problem which in my experience,  seems to affect about 20% of females at some time in their lives.

I must admit that I am simply appalled to observe the standard treatment reported by my patients which is meted out by gynecologists which is largely ineffective and often leads to the patient suffering in silence like one patient who suffered a daily loss of blood for over 12 months with clots and acute pain during those days. She casually mentioned to me that she was entering hospital for a Hysterectomy in a few days as her doctors were not able to stem the flow of blood in spite of their best efforts and had suggested a Hysterectomy.

The reason why the Alcohol pack of any remedy is more effective than the dry pellets is because the pellets are activated by using the Ethanol product of which a few drops are inserted on the dry lactose pellets in the ratio of about 4 drops on 100 pellets.  It will be seen that when 4 activated pellets are inserted into a 500ml bottle of spring water, the concentration of the  original liquid Ethanol in which the remedy is carried cannot equate the 3 drops that I recommend.

I have had instances where the patient’s ailment was not responding to the pellets but reacted positively as soon as the 3 drops of Ethanol were dropped into the same bottle which he had originally activated with the pellets.

Homeopathic remedies are usually marketed in the standard No 20 or 2mm Ø pellets which are used sublingually as the dose but the Wet dose is best taken as a teaspoonful or for convenience, a capful of the bottle. The succussion by shaking hard adds to the power of the remedy and the ailment responds quickly and the patient is cured.

This therapy has been labelled “Joepathy” by classical homeopaths as the dry pellets cannot equate my therapy in the rate of cure.

You may like to know that I first observed how effective the Wet dose was  when Dr Luc de Schepper, an Internationally recognized Homeoapth who was here in Sri Lanka in 2005 for a few weeks to help the survivors of our Tsunami on December 26 2004, used this method of giving remedies to his patients. They were all instructed to bring a small bottle of water when they came to consult him into which he would insert about 4 dry pellets of the remedy which of he had a stock of about 100 remedies. It was after I observed that this method was working better than the dry pellets taken sublingually that I too converted from the dry lactose pellets to the dose in water which he pointed out was not his invention but was first referred to by Hahnemann in the 5th and the 6th Editions of the Organon. The reference however was to the “Split dose” where a teaspoonful of the remedy is mixed into a half a cup of water from which the patient sipped a mouthful. This technique was prescribed for ailments like Asthma but I soon discovered that it was not effective for others as the dilution of the remedy was too extreme. It was then that I coined the term “WET DOSE” which I have used exclusively since 2005 and I am gratified to note that it is now being used by many homeopaths internationally and refered to under the same title “Wet dose” in the Homeopathic Forums.

You may like to know that I was the first Homeopath to use and recommend the use of the Wet dose on the ABC Forum which I did shortly after I was first introduced to the efficacy of the Wet dose by Dr Luc de Schepper with whom I was closely associated in 2005 to help the survivors of our Tsunami on December 26 2004.

It was I that first coined the words “Wet Dose” in consultation with Luc as his reference to “Watery Dose” seemed to be too long. Wet Dose was coined by me to differentiate it from the standard Dry Pellets aka Globules or Pillules which are in use even today throughout the world.

You are invited to type “Wet dose” into Google to read the many thousands of hits that are highlighted together with many cases that I have advised on in many Homeopathic Forums that I visit. It will be true to state that the term “Wet dose” has found international acceptance in the Homeopathic world as many homeopaths have discovered that it is by far more effective than the standard pellets.

I would also like mention here that it is not essential that you follow the instructions of Hahnemann who recommended that the remedy bottle be thumped on an old Bible. During his time the standard plastic bottle made of PET ( Polyethylene Terephthalate) was of course unknown or he may have otherwise have instructed clients to use my method of shaking the bottle hard to succuss it as this is equally effective. It is very likely if you follow his instructions literally with a PET bottle it will most likely burst at the bottom and leak the contents on the old Bible !

I am glad to note that other classical homeopaths have also shown an interest in using the Wet dose therapy I recommend instead of the standard dry pellets used by them in the past.

For the record I shall copy my default instructions to make the Wet dose below:

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.

I would like to add that it is best to use the Alcohol pack of any remedy instead of the dry pellets to make the Wet dose as this is far more effective.
